No. The store and listing templates utilise our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your content remains available at all times.

HOW WILL MY EBAY LISTING TEMPLATE LOOK?

All of our work is custom designed in house. We work with you to create a concept and layout according to your brand and business requirements.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DESIGN YOU SENT ME?

In most cases, we deliver a jaw dropping layout that impresses. Revisions are always expected and welcomed – no one’s perfect and we love constructive criticism.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of different payment methods including PayPal, bank deposit, cash and credit card.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE STORE?

Yes, we offer discounts on multiple stores. Simply take 10% off every additional store added!

WILL SALES BE AFFECTED DURING INSTALLATION?

Absolutely not. Sales won’t be affected at all – all changes are made live with no downtime.

HOW LONG DOES THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKE?

Our standard turnaround times for a fully customised eBay store and listing template is 7 days. This can vary depending on whether additional revisions are required or not.
